Your path toward Certification starts with the completion of our 6 fundamental core courses which will set you on your way to producing beautiful photographs. These courses are completed in one-on-one, or small group sessions in the city of your choice. Each class takes place over just one day and includes everything you need for the perfect experience. It includes free camera rentals, comprehensive course notes and even access to the online version of the course when you are finished in person.

Mastery is where your photography journey becomes truly personal.
After completing the six foundational workshops, you move into a six-month phase designed to help you focus on the areas of photography that matter most to your goals and creative vision.
Each month you’ll receive a private three-hour coaching session dedicated to the topic of your choice, followed by a hands-on assignment that allows you to apply what you’ve learned in real-world situations. At the end of each month, you’ll submit ten images from your project and participate in a one-hour constructive critique session to evaluate your progress and identify clear next steps for growth. Along the way, you’re invited to join our weekly online coaching check-ins to ask questions, share images, and stay connected with David and fellow students.
The Mastery phase culminates with the submission of a 30-image portfolio for adjudication toward certification — a powerful opportunity to shape your education, build confidence, and develop excellence in the styles of photography that inspire you most.
The final phase of our Photography Mastery Program is to submit for your LPC Photography Certification. Most students will complete this step as one of the 6 projects in the Photography Mastery Program. Your submission consists of a 30-image portfolio that must demonstrate a good grasp of a variety of skills and techniques. You must be able to demonstrate proficiency in shooting a wide variety of subjects in a number of conditions.
Your portfolio will be assessed by the LPC team and this will form the basis of your Certification accreditation. To ensure you reach your full potential, you may be requested to re-submit certain parts of your Portfolio before certification is granted.
