Weddings Workshop Parts 1 and 2


Welcome to the exciting world of wedding photography! Want to finally take your passion professional? Weddings are the place to go! In this workshop we’ll be exploring what it takes to be a wedding photographer. From planning and setup to posing and camera settings we’ll be walking you through a day in the life of a wedding photographer. Join James from Wombat & Joey Photography to learn the beginnings of what it takes to master this profession.

We will have a model on the day and you will leave the workshop with shots to begin your portfolio. This workshop is a MUST if you’re looking to break into the world of wedding photography.

Important Information

Prerequisites: Digital Photography I, II, People & Lightroom are a must. – or equivalent knowledge (ask us if you’re unsure: 1-(888) 734 2641).

Time: 9am to 5pm on both days (dates below)

What to bring:

For day 1, please bring your camera, all lenses, tripod, external flash (if you have one), reflector/s (if you have one), and shutter release. For day 2, please have your laptop, complete with Lightroom loaded with the photos from day 1 and your laptop charger. You may also want to bring an external mouse and external keyboard for this session. We also recommend you bring your camera to day 2 as well.

Please note: You will need to have your photos from day 1 downloaded and added to your Lightroom catalogue before day 2 starts so that you can maximize the benefit of our editing session.
